Hull & Associates, Inc. (Hull) completed a merger with The GeoEnvironmental Consortium, Inc. (GEC) in April 2009 to create a leading national engineering and environmental consulting firm. As part of the integration process, and to provide familiarity to current clients and customers, the firm used a Hull-GEC brand for an interim period. Beginning in January 2010,the firm no longer uses the Hull-GEC brand and now exclusively uses the Hull brand.
